Employee Relations Coordinator

Amy is Atlas Staffing’s Employee Relations Coordinator responsible for managing candidates once they are hired by Atlas recruiters. With her calm demeanor, Amy is great at working with people and onboarding and training new employees. She works hard to create a positive environment that supports the recruiting staff and bolsters candidates.


Amy has a bachelor’s degree in Human Services and a diverse list of previous roles including business manager of the family lumber mill, certified nursing assistant, human resources manager, assisted living director, social service director, and, most recently, small business owner. Her diverse experiences and empathic personality have provided her a greater understanding of human behavior and needs, which she puts to work in her role at Atlas. Amy enjoys working with a great team of people and having the opportunity to help others. She looks forward to making the hiring and onboarding process seamless for new candidates and her Atlas Staffing colleagues.

If you could pick one celebrity or historical figure to have lunch with, who would it be?

Jay Leno. He has met so many interesting people in his life and I want to tour his garage.


What was your first car?

A 1982 Datsun, 4 doors with a hole in the back floorboard and an ugly mustard yellow and faded brown top. Cost $200!


What’s a fun fact nobody would’ve guessed about you?

I love muscle cars, and previously owned a 2017 50th edition Camaro.


Anything else that you’d like to share?

I have two adult boys (26 and 28) who are amazing men. My younger son, Cordell, married his high school sweetheart, has a baby girl (Oakie), and manages the family farm and business. My older son, Derek, is finishing up his PhD in Mechanical Engineering at OSU.
