Becky Polley is an Account Executive in our Northwest Phoenix branch. Her core responsibilities are to assist with sales and negotiations for new business. With an innate talent for creating relationships with clients and candidates, she is looking forward to helping grow the branch.


Becky is a natural problem solver. Her creative bent allows her to discover new solutions that help our partners, all the while holding herself accountable in the process. She takes complete ownership of any mistakes and learns from each one to improve herself – a lesson she’s gleaned from her years of experience.


She has over 15+ years in leadership in staffing, hotel, and retail management, including recruiting for both light industrial and professional roles. People are her passion.

When you were 5 years old, what did you want to be when you grew up?

I wanted to be a veterinarian.


What was your first job?

I made pizzas at my brother-in-law’s convenience store.


If you were stranded on a desert island and were allowed three books, what three would you take?

I’m not much of a book reader; I’d prefer magazines: People, Vogue, and Homes & Garden.

What’s your favorite piece of technology of all time?

My hair straightener is definitely my favorite.

If you could pick one celebrity or historical figure to have lunch with, who would it be?

I would pick Chris Evans (AKA Captain America).

What’s a fun fact nobody would’ve guessed about you?

I own a horse that I keep at a stable, but I’m deathly afraid of horses!

What’s your nickname and how’d you get it?

Skook – not sure how it started. My dad started to call me that and then it stuck!
