Customer Success Manager
Casey is Atlas Staffing’s Customer Success Manager in our Spokane branch. His core responsibilities are to coach the team, partner with company leaders to develop productivity initiatives, and grow the company’s customer base. He appreciates the genuine commitment of the team to provide the best-in-class experience for customers and candidates, building valued relationships in the community. He takes pride in rolling up his sleeves to work directly with people when they need it most. His goal is for the company to become the premier staffing partner for all hiring businesses in eastern Washington and northern Idaho.
Casey has over 14 years of B2B sales leadership experience and is a two-time recipient of the Verizon Winner Circle. When he’s not busy providing customized solutions to our team, you can find him outside. He is an avid motorsport fan and enjoys hiking, camping, and riding dirt bikes.

When you were 5 years old, what did you want to be when you grew up?
I’ve always had a fascination with aviation and loved the idea of being a pilot as a child.
What was your first job?
My first job was at Menards Hardware Store gathering shopping carts and assisting customers with heavy materials.
If you were stranded on a desert island and were allowed three books, what three would you take?
I would take Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire by J.K. Rowling, Inheritance by Christopher Paolini, and The Old Man and the Sea by Earnest Hemingway.
If you could pick one celebrity or historical figure to have lunch with, who would it be?
I couldn’t settle with one person- it’s a tossup between Julius Caesar or Alexander the Great.
