Get To Know Cassi

When you were 5 years old, what did you want to be when you grew up?

I wanted to be a marine biologist!

What was your first job?

I was a babysitter.

If you were stranded on a desert island and were allowed three books, what three would you take?

As an avid reader, this is the hardest decision ever! I would cheat and bring my Kindle.

What’s your favorite piece of technology of all time?

It is a tossup between my phone and Kindle.

If you could pick one celebrity or historical figure to have lunch with, who would it be?

I would definitely pick Stevie Nicks!

What’s your favorite quote?

“It’s the questions we can’t answer that teach us the most. They teach us how to think. If you give a man an answer, all he gains is a little fact. But give him a question, and he’ll look for his own answers.”-Patrick Rothfuss

Do you have a hidden talent?

If I do, it’s hidden from me.

What’s your nickname and how’d you get it?

Mom, I got it from my kids.

What was your first car?

I had a white Chevy I earned from babysitting my cousins over a summer.

Anything else that you’d like to share?

My dad raises rodeo stock for a living. I watched riders come out to our farm to ride our bulls all my life. Farming cattle wasn’t a life goal of mine, but it is what built me into the person I am today!
