Her core responsibility is to match potential candidates to jobs where they can grow both professionally and personally, finding long-term roles for people where they can be happy and better their lives. With the strength of asking the right questions, she strives to be an expert in all she does and truly enjoys the atmosphere in Atlas Staffing. She appreciates how everyone is eager to help one another and share their knowledge.
In the past, Ivana has invested in customer service and brings with her a background in finance/AP, with a mix of IT influence as well. With a character of empathy, she can relate to many people on different levels to build meaningful relationships with both candidates and clients quickly.
