Katie Soldati is a Recruiter for our Boise branch. Her core responsibilities are communicating with clients about their roles and presenting outstanding candidates who meet those needs. Additionally, she serves as a guide and coach to candidates while navigating their career search. She loves the values Atlas Staffing holds because she sees them in action in the office – she knows her team has her back. Her goals are to meet as many candidates as possible to place them in their ideal roles.
Katie graduated from Boise State University with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology. Throughout college, she worked at a fitness studio where she gained recruiting experience and realized how much she loves helping people.

When you were 5 years old, what did you want to be when you grew up?
I wanted to work in an ice cream shop as an ice cream scooper!
If you were stranded on a desert island and were allowed three books, what three would you take?
This is tough because I have way too many favorite books, but I would say any three books by Nicholas Sparks (especially The Notebook).
What’s your favorite piece of technology of all time?
A camera – I love getting pictures of anything I am doing so I can look back on it and have all the memories!
