Talent Acquisition Specialist
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, Kristi creates plans to attract and retain professionals. She does this by building relationships on a consistent basis as she interacts with people everyday. Not only does she love making a difference in their lives, but she also appreciates how well her voice and ideas are heard by the entire Atlas Staffing team.
She graduated from Eastern Washington with a communications degree and business minor. From there, she worked for Walt Disney World®, Mary Kay Cosmetics®, and The Real Estate Collection, LLC. When she’s not working, you will find her volunteering, running, and traveling with her husband and three children. Additionally, she loves to coach youth sports and lead Bible studies at her local church. She is passionate about giving back to her community!

When you were 5 years old, what did you want to be when you grew up?
I wanted to be a teacher.
What was your first job?
I was a YMCA Summer Camp Counselor (then City of Spokane Valley Summer Program Lead).
If you were stranded on a desert island and were allowed three books, what three would you take?
I would take my Bible, a Bible commentary, and Greek dictionary.
What’s your favorite piece of technology of all time?
My cell phone – I love how it can take pictures, videos, make calls, text, etc.
If you could pick one celebrity or historical figure to have lunch with, who would it be?
I would pick Jesus.

What’s something completely random that nobody would’ve guessed about you?
I was the Southeast Spokane County Fair Princess and the Spokane County Ambassador.
What was your first car?
I had a 1978 Ford Bronco with reupholstered red leather seats. It was a BEAST and the BEST. I wish I still had it!
What’s a fun fact nobody would’ve guessed about you?
I have been on mission trips to the Amazon in South America and Mali, Africa leading the women and children in Bible studies, songs, and activities.
