Customer Success Manager
Samantha is a Customer Success Manager with Atlas Staffing. She is responsible for ensuring the success of all Atlas customers, making sure client hiring needs are met and candidates are placed in their long-term careers. With her detailed memory, Samantha is able to remember little details like favorite coffee orders and kids’ names. She believes that this talent allows her to develop strong relationships with clients and candidates and show that Atlas partners matter.
Samantha has a bachelor’s degree in applied management and a master’s in public administration. She has worked in the restaurant, automotive, and medical industry as well as higher education before joining Atlas Staffing. She holds two certificates for achievement in billing and coding for Medicare, and she’s earned multiple awards as an Atlas employee, including two Yoda awards, employee of the month, and employee of the year.

What was your first job?
A processor at Krispy Kreme doughnuts! I was the one who filled the donuts and made them pretty!

Sami Chan. My brother gave it to me when we were kids—we would play fight using karate moves we saw in Jackie Chan movies.

1993 Geo Prizm.
What’s a fun fact nobody would’ve guessed about you?
I was the bird at Red Robin in my younger years.
