Shanna’s core responsibility is to deliver an exceptional experience for her team, clients, and associates. She loves the staff’s commitment to each other and their drive to help the company in daily work. She desires to help grow the Portland market, open new branches, and create more opportunities for the future across the board. She plans to accomplish this by staying connected to clients to understand their needs and deliver timely results so business can flourish for everyone involved.

 

Shanna graduated with a bachelor’s in anthropology and is currently working on a master’s degree in organizational leadership from Gonzaga University. Her past roles have been leadership positions that have allowed her to grow great teams that drive customer service. When she’s not hard at work in her job or studies, you might find her painting rocks! During the onset of the pandemic, she joined a community group that paints rocks and hides them in parks and nature trails for kids (and grownups too!) to find.

When you were 5 years old, what did you want to be when you grew up?  

A race car driver! Janet Guthrie was my hero. She was the first woman to qualify and compete in the Indy 500 and Daytona 500.

 

What was your first job?  

Scooping ice cream at Baskin-Robbins

 

If you were stranded on a desert island and were allowed three books, what three would you take?

I love books, so it’s hard to only pick only a few, but here are my top three: Blood Meridian by Cormac McCarthy, The Wind-Up Bird Chronicles by Haruki Murakami, and Sirens of Titan by Kurt Vonnegut Jr.
