Alma is a Customer Success Manager with Atlas Staffing. She is responsible for maintaining communication with current customers, managing her team, and focusing on branch growth by continually searching for new business opportunities.
Alma has a background in early childhood education and started her own business as an in-home child care provider in Spokane. After moving back to Toppenish, she started working for ActNow, which soon merged with Atlas Staffing. Alma started with Atlas Staffing as a recruiter and has since moved into the manager position. She enjoys working for Atlas Staffing because of their core values, which provide the foundation team members need to do their jobs well.
