Karli is the Executive Assistant for Atlas Staffing. She is responsible for supporting the leadership team by managing special projects, organizing company events, and helping the branches communicate effectively with candidates through various forms of technology.
Described as a steady and dependable presence, Karli is also resourceful and exceptional at problem-solving. She loves the culture at Atlas Staffing and what the company stands for. The Atlas Staffing team truly lives out what they believe and is amazing to work with because everyone is rowing the same direction.
Karli has a degree in business administration from Western Governors University and has worked in various administrative positions over the years. She also has a marketing certificate from eCornell. Karli is excited to develop strong communication between all the branches and implement technological resources to help the business grow and expand.

Cake decorating. I used to own my own custom cake business.

What’s a fun fact nobody would’ve guessed about you?
I homeschooled our three kids for two years, and I finished the Ironman Coeur D’Alene 140.6 in 2017.
Anything else that you’d like to share?
I love to cook, and I love being out and about on our hobby farm with my goats, chickens, and other barnyard friends.
