Laura’s background in accounting, human resources, and staffing gives her a well-rounded perspective, allowing her to connect business needs with top talent and contribute to successful outcomes for both clients and candidates.

When you were 5 years old, what did you want to be when you grew up?  

I wanted to be an astronaut. 

 

What was your first job? 

When I was a senior in high school, I worked as a part–time admin at a mortuary doing paperwork. 

 

If you could pick one celebrity or historical figure to have lunch with, who would it be? 

Marcus Lemonis from the show The Profit. He’s so smart! 

 

What’s your favorite quote?

What’s something completely random that nobody would’ve guessed about you? 

I am a thrill seeker. I love the rush! If you are up for skydiving or bungee jumping, I will be the first one in line to join you!

 

What was your first car?  

I owned a Chevy Chevette. 

 

What’s a fun fact nobody would have guessed about you?

In 2015, my husband and I sold our home and everything we owned to travel for one year. It was the scariest but most freeing adventure experiencing so many places and cultures and getting out of our comfort zone.
