Lauren Zilinskas is an On-Premise Employee Relations Coordinator in our Spokane branch. Her core responsibility is to perform new hire orientations, support our staffing associates during their placement, coordinating client interviews and grow the relationship between Atlas Staffing and our clients and staffing associates. She is excited to support Atlas Staffing’s commitment to help our candidates, clients and internal team members succeed each and every day.
Lauren comes to Atlas Staffing from the University of Washington. She has a background in retail sales and enjoys working with people. She’s excited to create a positive environment for the staffing associates that she interacts with. When she’s not hard at work, you can find her with her dog, Nova, or spending time with her family in the Idaho Panhandle.

Lolo – my sister started this randomly when I was in high school and now it’s what my niece calls me.
