Tricia Matz
Manager of Process, Technology & Safety
Location: Spokane
Tricia is the Manager of Process, Technology & Safety for Atlas Staffing. She is responsible for building out and integrating new technology along with overseeing our safety program and workers’ compensation. Tricia has a bachelor’s degree in biology and worked in a genetics lab doing FISH testing for many years. She also has a master’s degree in communication. Tricia joined Atlas Staffing in 2013 as an on-site coordinator, then moved into human resources before entering her current management role.
Tricia enjoys working at Atlas because the team is like family, driven to be better each day, no matter the roadblock. Skilled at executing the big-picture ideas, Tricia looks forward to improving the technology efforts to better support the recruiters in their daily work.

I wanted to be a nurse like my momma.
