2021 In Review: Ring Out the Old, Ring in the New
As we wrap up 2021 and before we jump into plans for 2022, we wanted to pause for a moment to celebrate a few of our favorite highlights from the year, or as some would say, ring out the old to ring in the new. So let’s start at the beginning (a very good place to start).
Community Recognition
Towards the beginning of the year, we gratefully received ClearlyRated’s Best of Staffing® Client, Talent, and Employee Awards. As we sent out a survey, 70% of our clients and 67.3% of our candidates gave us satisfaction scores of 9 or 10 out of 10 (industry averages of 38% for clients and 40% for candidates). We are thankful to be headed in the right direction, but with these awards comes an increased commitment to continuously improving our services to support our partners and job seekers.
Redesign & Office Openings
We redesigned and updated our website to be new and improved. Featuring a bold design and easy-to-navigate interface, the new website reinforces Atlas Staffing’s people-oriented approach. Offering visitors with engaging access to information, the site highlights our full range of services.
The redesigned website also features the Atlas Staffing story, from our company’s founding in 2011 to our purpose – to provide work that makes a difference. The user-friendly site makes searching and applying for jobs a cinch and allows companies to explore all of Atlas Staffing’s services. A redesigned blog page, dedicated pages for eBooks and case studies, and a new events page promise to keep clients and candidates on top of industry trends, local events, and Atlas Staffing news and awards.
Tigard & Northwest Phoenix
In April, we opened our fourth office in Tigard, Oregon. While we have worked with clients in the Portland area previously, the Tigard branch allows Atlas Staffing to expand our presence across the Pacific Northwest, helping additional clients and candidates build businesses and careers.
And then in November, we announced an office in Northwest Phoenix, Arizona. With the official opening of this office set for February of 2022, this branch will be the fifth location and the fourth state for our business. Through dedication to integrity, honesty, and transparency, the company is consistently building connections with local businesses and top talent, growing networks in Northwest Phoenix and beyond.
Anniversary
We also celebrated our 10th anniversary! We’re grateful for all the clients, candidates, and Atlas employees who have been part of our journey so far. In that time, we’ve been able to connect more than 23,000 people with the right jobs, with a high customer recommendation following those placements.
Giving Back
The ability to give to those in need is a true gift, and this year we are delighted to be partnering with Convoy of Hope. This nonprofit’s mission is to encourage women around the world to realize their value and reach their potential through job training and education. About 90% of women’s earnings go back into feeding, educating, and bettering their children and neighborhoods, helping break the cycle of intergenerational poverty. By helping these women, supporters start a ripple effect of positive change, and Atlas Staffing is honored to partner with them to enable more women to begin their own businesses.
And that’s a wrap! We are grateful to be ringing out the year with some wonderful milestones, and we are equally excited to ring in the new year with more opportunities to invest in work that makes a difference.
